Post and Clamp glass balustrades tend to rely on the vertical posts for their strength.
This type of system has variations of post types, but most common is a brushed chrome post intercepting each piece of glass. The glass is then connected to the post with a chrome clamp or lug to hold it securely in place. Usually, this structure has a hand rail across too to connect the balustrade together.
Post and Clamp balustrades are more traditional and will usually have posts fixed at regular 1 meter intervals. Most posted systems will have and use corner posts.
